BEFORE YOU PACK
Protect your data.
- Back up anything you want to keep before resetting your device.
- Sign out of your accounts, turn off Find My or other activation locks, and remove passwords.
- Remove your SIM and memory cards, if fitted.
- Reset the device after backing it up and removing account locks.
CHECK YOUR ORDER
Send the right items.
- Match each device to the model and specifications on your order.
- Include the accessories required by your selected condition.
- Do not include extra items that were not submitted for a quote.
- Check the shipping deadline in your confirmation email before sending.

Your label is sent to the email address used for your order. You can also check your order for an available shipping label.

Find your label
Check your inbox and spam folder for the shipping email. Confirm the carrier and follow the instructions provided.

Pack securely
Use a sturdy box with cushioning around each device. Fill gaps so nothing moves, then seal the box securely.

Attach the label and drop off
Remove or cover old shipping labels, attach your new label and use the carrier shown on it. Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number.
Before you send
We do not accept devices reported lost or stolen, or devices with activation locks. Offers are valid until the expiration date in your email or seven business days, whichever comes first. If that deadline has passed, create a new quote before shipping to check the current value.
If your device has a swollen or damaged battery, contact support before packing it for shipment.
